OTC 1813 6,000 lbs. Capacity Hydraulic Engine Hoist
All the heavy duty features you need to pull truck, bus, and car engines. The USA made hoist features the best in hydraulics technology. Three boom positions give you capacities of 4,000 - 5,000 - - 6,000 Ibs; enough to lift the biggest engines and, in many cases, the transmission right along with the engine. A unique and useful feature is the boom swivel. Fully extended (4,000 Ib. cap.), you can swing the boom a full 3 ft. In the 6,000 Ib. cap. position you can achieve a swing of 26" left to right. So even if the crane isn't in the exact position, you can swing the boom over the center of the engine. The legs extend for stability when straddling the biggest tubeless tires on this engine lift. 8" casters on the front of this engine hoist and 5" dolley wheels on the rear for easy movement. For easy operation when raising and lowering the load, the otc 1813 has a two-speed hydraulic hand pump. Included is a steering dolly for maneuverability, which also acts as a floor lock by lifting the rear wheel off the floor. Also available with an electric /hydraulic pump - OTC model#1814.
