With regard to the other mechanics and technical features, the wheels, brakes and suspension have been worked on to improve performance, while at the same time using the highest quality components available. The conventional hydraulic front fork, made by Sebac, has a bar diameter of 35mm and a travel of 80mm, which added to the 13" rims, provide excellent stability, and keeps the scooter planted to the road when going around curves or over rough roads. The rear suspension has a hydraulic mono shock absorber with adjustable spring preload. The brakes are also of the highest quality. The front hydraulic disc is a powerful 220mm AJP and the rear brake is a 140mm drum. The new Boulevard features a wide and practical flat footrest space, lockable glove compartment behind the front shield, space beneath the seat with built-in helmet storage area, rear rack ideal for holding a case, double optic halogen headlights with integrated indicators, passenger footrests integrated in the body, and comfortable handles set into the bodywork making it very easy to mount the central kick stand. The seat height stands at 805mm, which, in addition to the roomy flat frame, provides more comfort of use and helps for sport riding. Thanks to the excellent balance between features, performance, and price, this large displacement scooter will soon be one of the more popular scooters in America.
